Dosing Guide

• For optimum results take daily at a consistent time
• Use dropper and place under tongue. Hold in the mouth for up to one minute before swallowing for most direct absorption
• Start with ½ dropper for the first 2 days and monitor how you feel at that dose. Increase the amount to 1 full dropper for the next 2 days and monitor its effect. After these first 4 days, increase to 1 ½ dropper for 1 day to assess which dose gives you the best desired outcome.

NOTE: higher doses may produce diminishing returns. If this occurs, move back to the dose that delivered the best outcome for you.

4 CBD use is unique to each person

• For optimum results, take daily at a consistent time, and preferably with a meal.
• Use dropper and place under the tongue. Hold in mouth up to one minute and swallow for most direct absorption.
• To find what dose works best for you, we suggest you start with the smallest amount initially. Start with 1/4 of a dropperful in the evening for the first 3 days, and monitor how you feel at this dose. Increase the amount per dose, or the frequency of doses throughout the day as needed until you experience the desired effect.
• *Careful! If you take too much, the CBD won't work as well. Go back to the last amount that worked
